Jeff Stuchel, President is a professional engineer and licensed land surveyor specializing in land development processes and is responsible for directing staff in the development of zoning applications, engineering construction documents and site plans through technical approval by the applicable jurisdictions. Additionally, he is responsible for client contact from initial preliminary phases of projects through plan approval, construction coordination, and final as-built and bond release. He has worked in the land development industry since 1985, became a principal in 2000, and was appointed president in 2003.
Brian Baillargeon, Executive Vice President is a licensed land surveyor who manages field and office survey personnel and is responsible for boundary, GPS control, topographic and construction stakeouts surveys. His specific duties include the scheduling and supervision of deed research, utility location coordination, construction stakeout computations, construction cut-sheets, road rough grading/drainage solutions, GPS planning/computations, boundary line determinations and plat preparation for boundary, topography subdivision, easement and house location surveys. He has worked in the Northern Virginia area since 1981, joined the firm’s survey staff in 1994, became a principal in 2000 and executive vice president in 2003.
Aaron Vinson, Director of Engineering is a professional engineer having extensive experience in the land development engineering field, including technical and supervisory experience in land use planning/feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, construction plan preparation and coordination, permit processing and construction phasing services. His responsibilities include supervision of the design of residential, commercial, institutional and office projects, including regional malls, shopping centers, office buildings, banks, restaurants, townhouses and single-family homes. He is also responsible for meeting with municipal officials to expedite plan review and processing, and the coordination of construction plans with other consultants, including contractors, architects, attorneys, and engineers.
Karen White, Director of Urban Planning and Engineering has extensive experience in land development engineering, including technical and supervisory experience in land use planning, feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, construction plan preparation and coordination, permit processing and construction phasing services. Her responsibilities include, design and supervision of high-rise residential, commercial, office and mixed-use projects, meeting with municipal officials to expedite plan review and processing, and coordination of construction plans with other consultants, including contractors, architects, attorneys and engineers. She has been with the firm since 2001.
